teaches Pa Auk Sayadaw's Method
Samatha and Vipassana meditation
based on the Tipitaka and its
commentaries,
notably the Abhidamma, Visuddhimagga,
Beginning with Anapanasati and Four elements .

get instructions on meditation from Ven. Visuddhacara.
